Complaints or concerns

The Paramedicine Board of Australia will not be handling any complaints or concerns about paramedics until the profession is regulated from 1 December 2018.

The current process for the other regulated professions is explained on the AHPRA website.

Under the National Law, AHPRA works with health complaint entities (HCEs) in each state and territory, to decide which organisation should take responsibility to manage the complaint or concern about a registered health practitioner.

Until paramedicine is a registered profession, all complaints or concerns about a paramedic should be directed to the HCE in your state or territory.
